PTI’s Ghulam Mustafa Khar Released Over ‘influential Phone Call’: Reports
Islamabad (Muzaffargarh.City – 8th October, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ghulam Mustafa Khar has been released over phone call from an influential person.
Khar was arrested along with his friends for illegally hunting down birds in border area of Kasur. The Wildlife department had taken an action against Khar for hunting the birds of endangered species.
According to some reports, Khar was paid a hefty fine of Rs 2 lac before his release.
The release of the PTI leader has raised many questions as to who called the authorities to release him.
Khar was the earlier in the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and later joined the PTI.
In the general elections 2018, he had lost against independent candidate Muhammad Shabbir Qureshi in NA-181 (Muzaffargarh).
