Collective Efforts Stressed To Eliminate Polio In Muzaffargarh

MUZAFFARGARH, (Muzaffargarh.City – 20th Apr, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner Saif Anwar said on Friday that polio disease could be eliminated thorough collective efforts. He said that no polio case was reported across the province including Muzaffargarh so far which proves that health department performing its duty in a responsible way.

DC expressed these views while presiding over a meeting in connection with anti-polio drive. He ordered a strict action against the parents refusing anti-polio drops to thier kids. He asked the assistant commissioners to contact the parents through police and ensure that each kid is administer anti-polio drops during every campaign.

Chief Executive Officer Health Dr Shahid said that polio teams had administered anti-polio drops to over 841,000 kids during the recent drive across the district.
