Abbasi Says Premier League Matches Due In Future

DG KHAN, Apr 4 (Muzaffargarh.City – 04th Apr, 2017 ) : Chairman Steering Committee sports & Provincial Management Unit Punjab Muhammad Hanif Abbasi hinted at organizing Premier League matches in future for which 30 international players from France, Germany and Australia had made agreement.

Addressing a meeting at Commissioner Office here Tuesday, he said up-gradation of nearly 200 playgrounds, 22 synthetic grounds, 48 gymnasium and 23 e-libraries would also be completed across the province in near future.

He pledged to complete 15 multiple schemes proposed by the district administration by March 2018.

He said a high-standard machinery for gymnasium was provided. It would have access to a common man too, he remarked.

The meeting approved up-gradation of Lawn Tennis in Fort Minro, floodlight cricket ground in Post Graduate College among 25 projects to be completed at speedy pace. Later, Hanif Abbasi, through video link address, instructed DCs and Sports Officers of Rajanpur, Layyah and Muzaffargarh to ensure surveillance of development projects placed into their concerned locality.

He assured to provide requisite funds to complete all schemes in time.
