Minister Directs Action Against DZOs Of Multan, Muzaffargarh

MULTAN, (Muzaffargarh.City – 9th Oct, 2018 ) :Provincial Minister for Zakat and Ushr Shoukat Ali Laleka directed to serve show cause notices on District Zakat Officers (DZOs) of Multan and Muzaffargarh for not issuing Zakat funds to deserving persons.

During his surprise visit to divisional office here Tuesday, he expressed annoyance over negligence by the district Zakat officer. The Minister stated that it was a responsibility of the officers to release funds timely and facilitate the poor.

He directed officers of Multan, Khanewal, Vehari, and Lodhran to perform their duties with dedication and serve the poor.
