MEPCO Replaces 152,484 Defective Meters

MULTAN, (Muzaffargarh.City – 30th Nov, 2018 ) :Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) replaced 152,484 burnt and defective meters during the current fiscal year 2018-19 across the region.

The company replaced 150,734 single-phase meters, 1,630 three-phase meters and 20 MDI meters.

From July 2018 to Oct-2018, 20,079 meters were replaced in Multan circle, 13,093 in DG Khan circle, 12,838 in Vehari circle, 19,995 in Bahawalpur circle, 17,408 in Sahiwal circle, 19,969 in Rahim Yar Khan circle, 23,942 in Muzaffargarh circle, 12,595 in Bahawalnager circle and 12,565 defective meters were replaced in Khanewal circle.
