Federal Board Of Revenue (FBR) Notifies New Export Terminal At Sadiqabad
MULTAN, (Muzaffargarh.City – 16th Mar, 2018 ) :A new export terminal of Multan Dry Port has been notified by the Federal board of Revenue (FBR) at Sadiqabad and its opening ceremony would be held soon after deployment of necessary staff there.
Chairman Multan Dry Port Trust (MDPT) Khawaja Muhammad Faazil said that the new terminal would facilitate traders and business community of parts of upper Punjab and whole South Punjab including Kamalia, Bhai Pheru, Changa Manga, Pattoki, Renala Khurd, Okara, Sahiwal, Mianchannu, Khanewal, Tibba Sultanpur, Burewala, Basti Malook, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bahawalpur, Rahimyar Khan and Multan region.
He said that being nearer to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project and motorway, Sadiqabad export terminal would turn out to be a hub of trade-related activities. Containers would be sent to Karachi port through WeBoc system.
