27 Medical Stores Sealed During Last Month

MUZAFFARGARH, (Muzaffargarh.City -8th Sept,2016) : A special team of the health department sealed 27 medical stores and got registered a case against an accused during a drive against quacks and sub-standard medicines during the last month.

Talking to journalists here on Thursday, EDO Health Dr Shahid Magsi said action was being taken against medical stores over selling sub-standard and fake medicines. The team checked 404 medical stores and collected samples of 37 products and sent to laboratory for test.

During the drive, the team had referred 27 cases to the District Quality Control board Muzaffargarh for further action.
