MEPCO Replaces 264798 Metres

MULTAN (Muzaffargarh.City – 21st Apr, 2019 ) ::Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) has replaced 264, 798 burnt or faulty electricity meters during ongoing fiscal year 2018-19.

A MEPCO spokesman said here Sunday the metres which were replaced included 259565 single phase, 4778 three phase and 455 MDI metres.

As many as 30940 metres were replaced in MEPCO Multan circle, 23825 in DG Khan circle, 21357 in Vehari, 36521 in Bahawalpur, 30188 in Sahiwal, 37502 in Rahim yar khan, 44537 in Muzaffargarh, 18681 in Bahawalnagar and 21247 metres were replaced in Khanewal circle from July 2018 to March 2019.
