13 Complaints Of Mepco Consumers Resolved In Open Court

MULTAN, (Muzaffargarh.City – 2nd Apr, 2018 ) :Chief Engineer Distribution Mepco Abdul Aziz Niazi has ordered the redressal of complaints of 13 consumers during an open court held at Mepco Headquarters on Monday.

Consumers from Rajanpur, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan and Muzaffargarh appeared in the open court and submited their complaints regarding damage meters, replacement of meters, instalments of bills, grid up-gradation and installation of electric poles.

The chief engineer ordered concerned officers to resolve their issues on priority basis. Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Aziz Khan said that open courts were being organized to provide relief to consumers as per vision of CEO Mepco Engineer Muhammad Akram Chaudhry.

He said that all possible resources were being utilized to resolve electricity related issues on priority basis in order to ensure electricity supply with best voltage.
