Mukhtaran Mai Expresses Resolve To Work For Poor’s Rights

MUZAFFARGARH, (Muzaffargarh.City -26th Sep,2016) : Internationally famed social figure Muktharan Mai said on Monday that she would continue to serve for the protection of rights of people of her area.

Addressing a ceremony held under auspices of Mukharan Mai Women Organization at tehsil Jatoi, she said she had many offers for settlement in Canada or America but she preferred to work for the rights of downtrodden in the country especially her backward area.

“I want to promote education in Muzaffargarh,” she said and added that her vision revolved around spreading awareness especially among women in the district. Chairman Baloch Welfare Organization Nadir Gabol paid a rich tribute to Mukharan Mai for her services for the promotion of education in Muzaffargarh.
