Mepco Recovers Rs 1.98 Bln From Defaulters

MULTAN, Oct 2 (Muzaffargarh.City – 02nd Oct, 2017 ) : Multan Electric Power Company (Mepco) recovered outstanding dues of Rs 1.98 billion from 487,000 defaulters during the month of September.

According to a press release issued here on Monday, Chief Executive Officer Engineer Muhammad Akram Chaudhry formed special teams of Mepco for the recovery of outstanding dues from defaulters.

During the operation against defaulters, the mepco teams recovered dues of Rs 1.98 billion from 487,000 defaulters.

The mepco special recovery teams had launched operation in all nine operation circles of the region including Multan, DG Khan, Vehari, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Muzaffargarh, Bahawalnager and Khanewal. CEO Mepco Engineer Muhammad Akram Chaudhry said that operation against defaulters would continue without any discrimination.
