Farmers Urged To Use Modern Techniques To Increase Mango Production

MULTAN, (Muzaffargarh.City – 14th Mar, 2018 ) :Mango Research Institute (MRI) Director Dr Hameedullah on Wednesday said the country could enhance export volume by adopting modern production techniques and earn handsome foreign exchange.

He expressed these views in a seminar on Mango in Khangarh, in district Muzaffargarh.

He advised mango growers to follow the best practices in order to get enhanced and quality production. On this occasion, Deputy Director Agriculture Muhammad Ashraf Qureshi said the agriculture department was continuously holding seminars for guidance of farmers.

Director Mango Research Centre Shujabad Abdul Ghaffar Garewal urged farmers to plant such varieties of mangoes which could produce more mangoes.
