Court Extends Physical Remand Of Alipur Tragedy Accused

MUZAFFARGARH, (Muzaffargarh.City – 14th Nov, 2017 ) :The anti-terrorism court gave another 14-day physical remand of three accused involved in murder of 16 persons here on Tuesday. According to the prosecution, Kundai police presented the accused Asiya Bibi, Shahid and Zarina Bibi before Judge Aziz Ullah Salhu after expiry of 14 days physical remand of the accused.

The court extended the physical remand by another 14 days. The accused, Asiya Bibi, with the help of her friend Shahid and relative Zarina Bibi, had allegedly gave poisonous ‘Lassi’ to her in-laws in Basti Lashari of Mouza Walot in premises of Kundai police, Tehsil Alipur, some days ago. Sixteen people died. The accused would be presented before the court on Nov 28.
