MULTAN, (Muzaffargarh.City – 17th Jan, 2019 ) :Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) checking teams caught 28 power pilferers during checking of electricity meters.
According to MEPCO spokesman, a checking team led by Suprintending Engineer MEPCO Operation circle Muzaffargarh Muhammad Saleem, XEN Khursheed Ahmad checked 11 KV Baseera feeder area and caught 18 power pilferers.
SE MEPCO Bahawalnagar circle Khalid Nazeer checked the area of 11 KV Donga Bonga feeder and caught 10 power pilferers.
The teams also got lodged cases and imposed heavy fines on power pilferers.
