MULTAN, (Muzaffargarh.City – 05th Apr, 2017 ) : Multan Electric Power Company (Mepco) caught 102 electricity pilferers red handedly, during a campaign, here on Wednesday. Following direction from Mepco Chief Masood Salahuddin, the officials caught 18 pilferers in Multan, 17 in Khanewal, 10 in Muzaffargarh, 16 in DG Khan, 14 in Rahim Yar Khan, 15 in Sahiwal and 12 in Bahawalpur Circles.
Cases have been registered against the pilferers in different police stations. According to official sources, the electricity pilferers would be fined as per law.
